Project Overview

Trulioo is a global leader in identity verification and compliance solutions, supporting businesses with robust KYC and AML processes.

In this project, I designed the Navigator platform’s compliance pages to illustrate regional differences and created an intuitive admin portal for managing compliance laws.

Additionally, I designed a universal intelligent search feature with auto-suggestions, typo tolerance, and native language support, that offers AI-generated summaries to help users quickly grasp search results.

Empathize

I began by understanding the diverse needs of Trulioo’s users, focusing on the challenges they face with navigating complex compliance information and finding resources quickly.

This involved identifying pain points related to regional differences in compliance and the inefficiencies of traditional search methods.

Conceptualize

Drawing from these insights, I envisioned a dual solution:

  • A set of compliance pages that clearly display regulatory differences by region, paired with an admin portal for seamless law updates.

  • A universal search system that intelligently suggests queries, handles typos, and allows natural language input, all while summarizing results with AI for rapid user comprehension.

Design

I translated the conceptual framework into a clean, user-friendly interface. The compliance pages were designed for clarity and ease of use, while the admin portal empowers Trulioo’s team to efficiently manage compliance data.

The search feature incorporates dynamic auto-suggestions and real-time AI summaries, ensuring users can quickly locate and understand the information they need.
